How does it all work? 

'The Best Handy Crafts' works with only the best craftspeople, artisans, manufacturers and suppliers both locally and globally to bring you the best selection of handicraft & home décor products that too at really great prices. We do our best every day to make 'The Best Handy Crafts' the best place for you to shop and get what you want all from the comfort of your own home.

How long does delivery take?

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders will be shipped within 1 – 3 business days. Please keep in mind business days excludes weekends and public holidays. We appreciate your patience during busy periods.

Do you offer free shipping?

No! We do not offer FREE shipping.

How can I track my order?

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address your provide when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at:

Where do you currently ship to?

As we are an Australian based online retailer we currently only ship to customers in Australia. We hope to extend this to international customers in the future. 

Um, my order hasn’t arrived yet!?

An order cannot be declared missing until 30 business days has passed to allow for unexpected delays with the postal services.

What is your Pricing Policy?

We search around the world for only the best handicraft products from thousands of artisans, craftspeople and manufacturers to find the best products you want. Because we don’t hold stock of these items ourselves, we don’t have to pass on the additional overhead costs associated with keeping a physical store, thus passing on the savings to you, our customers.

Can I find The Best Handy Crafts store anywhere?

Unfortunately we do not have any stockists as we are purely an online store. We understand it can be tricky shopping online so please email for any additional questions.  

Will you be restocking 'SOLD OUT' items?

Items that are found in the “clearance section” or that are marked “limited edition” will unfortunately not be restocked. All other items that are sold out will be back online shortly! Please register you interest in the item by subscribing to our newsletter. 

How do I register my interest in a sold out item?

Once you enter your email address, a notification will be sent to you once the item is back in stock. 

I live in Victoria, can I come choose my items before I buy?

Unfortunately due to safety reasons, we are unable to allow our customers into our warehouse.  

I’m looking for something specific, can you custom make pieces?

Unfortunately we do not take custom orders. Due to the fact that majority of our pieces are handmade, our artisans do not have time to create one off pieces as well as our large range of beautiful handicrafts.




Can I return my order?

My item is out of the warranty period, can I still return it?

Please email for any questions regarding out of warranty items.

Can you print me off a shipping label?

Unfortunately we are unable to print off shipping labels.

Will you pay for my postage back? 

Unfortunately we do not cover the postage back for faulty or damaged goods. Please check with our returns team on how to post back your items.

Can I get a refund on a clearance item?

Unfortunately we can't offer an exchange on clearance items. 

How do I begin the returns process?

We understand things can go wrong with online shopping so we have kept our returns process as simple as possible! Read our Return & Refund Policy for details.

What if I made the wrong choice and would like to return the item?

Unfortunately, goods cannot be returned based on a "change of heart". We do not have a "buyer's remorse" policy in place. We endeavour to provide you with as much information about the item, including images, so that your decision is an informed one.

In the extreme case that an item is able to be returned, you would be responsible for any delivery charges incurred in returning the item to our supplier.

Change of Mind

As we are an online-only store who source products from physical suppliers and manufacturers, we cannot offer returns or refunds on goods you have purchased based solely on a change of mind. We do not have a "buyer's remorse" policy in place. While we aim to provide you with as much information as possible about the products offered for sale on this website in order to assist you with making the best possible purchase decision, you acknowledge that, subject to the Refunds and Returns Policy and to the Cancellation of Order Procedure contained in these Terms and Conditions, all purchases of goods from this website are final.

You accept you will not be entitled to refuse delivery of goods nor request a return, refund or exchange of goods you have purchased from this website on the basis that you have changed your mind about the purchase of the goods.

What is your Damage & Liability Policy?

The majority of our products are covered under manufacturer's warranty. 'The Best Handy Crafts' does not provide any warranties whatsoever and defers to the manufacturer for any complaints/warranties/guarantees as  'The Best Handy Crafts' does not make, manufacture, or fabricate any of the products found herein.

And remember: Some products may have parts that can be complex systems, failure of one component can result in a crash or damage. The warranty does not cover, and  'The Best Handy Crafts' is not responsible in any way, for damage to other equipment due to a failure of a component.  'The Best Handy Crafts' is not responsible in any way for the use, misuse, or any injury or damage to personal property from use of any equipment purchased at  'The Best Handy Crafts'

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please notify us and send photos to and we will process a claim on your behalf.
