COVID-19 Update

Australians are currently doing it tough, having just been through the bush fires and now the COVID-19 pandemic.
As a local small business, we want to assure all our customer that we are doing everything we can to follow safe, social distancing and hygienic practices.
Being an online only store we are better placed than other retail stores to continue operating. We will be committed to a 'business as usual' approach to the current situation as much as possible, but things may change at short notice as per Australian Government announcement.
We want to assure our customers that all items available on our webstore are currently in stock in our local Australian store.
As we currently work through this period of uncertainty we have made changes to some of our policies, particularly on item returns, exchanges & refunds to limit exposure to the virus.
Our courier and postal partners have advised they will no longer require a signature on delivery as well.
We are committed to providing you with the best support possible during this uncertain time but we ask you to be patient as we all get through this period together.
